Q: What areas do you cover?

Q: How long is a day Hire?
A: A Day Hire is from 12pm - 7pm, we can deliver earlier please advise at time of booking

Q: How do I hire a bouncy castle?
A: First, look at the castles and choose one suitable for your available garden space. Then, once you have decided which one you would like to book, making sure that it will fit in your lawn, just contact us directly

Q: What happens once my booking has been confirmed?
A: On the night before your booking i will call you to confirm the booking, weather, directions etc. Your castle will be delivered between10:00am and 12:00 am that morning. We will inflate the castle for you and then take you through, and demonstrate, the safety aspects. Once this has been done, you will be asked to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We will then arrange an agreed time to collect the castle.(Usually 7pm - earlier during winter months - Day Light)

Q: What happens if it is raining on the day of the party?
A: Most of our castles come with a shower cover which is effective in light rain. If the weather is particularly inclement, we will make a decision on the day whether it is safe to inflate and operate the castle. We will not take any payment until we inflate the castle on your premises, so if we decide that the weather is too bad to use the castle, you will not be required to pay anything.

Q: What surfaces are suitable for erecting one of your bouncy castles?
A: We can set up a castle is on a mature garden lawn or tarmacadam. We cannot set up on gravel due to sharp stones. If you have a newly laid lawn(soft soil or top soil) or a tarmacadam area in which castle is going to be placed on please let us know at time of booking.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is accepted by cash or cheque only at time of delivery of the bouncy castle. Any extras due to dirt or damages will be collected at time of collection.

Q: Cancellations
A: For Cancellations please give at least 48hrs notice.

Q: What do I need to have?                                                                                                                                                                      A: All we need is access to an electrical supply (fixed 13amp 240volt wall socket). This can not be more than 50 metres of site.

Q: Does somebody have to stay with the Unit?
A: As part of our Terms & Conditions for the safety of all children using our Castles, Castles MUST be supervised at all times by a responsibile Adult over the age of 18 years
