The rules outlined in the terms and conditions of hire document are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibilty of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

DECLARATION

I, the hirer have received a copy and read the Terms & conditions of hire document. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsibile for the inflatable and it's safe use. I understand before I accept the hire and sign this declaration it is my responsibility to check that the location and achoring of all the equipment is safe.  I understand that it is my responsibility to show parents of children using the equipment the Terms & conditions of hire documnet and to advise them that the use of this inflatable equipment by anyone in there care is entirely at there own risk.
