The person, persons or organisation hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of lack of supervision, misuse or reckless use.

The rules outlined in the terms and conditions of hire document are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

It is a condition of hire that our company cannot and does not accept any responsibility for any injury however caused to you or anyone using this equipment.

DECLARATION

I, the hirer have received a copy and read the terms and conditions of hire document. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and it’s safe use. I understand before I accept the hire and sign this declaration it is my responsibility to check that the location and anchoring of all the equipment is safe. I understand that it is my responsibility to show parents of children using the equipment the terms and conditions of hire document and to advise them that the use of this inflatable equipment by anyone in there care is entirely at there own risk.
